I wrote my doctoral dissertation listening to this music over and over again--never tired of it. The perfect background music to keep anxiety at bay! thanks.
The way the lullaby fades into nature sounds... it's like a hug for the soul. My toddler was out in minutes.
The subtle heartbeat in the background is such a nice touch. It calms *me* down, too.
